PROCESSING FLOW FOR REFERENCE:
Cleaning - selecting - crushing - preheating - beating - filtering - concentrating - deploying - sterilizing - aseptic filling - finished packing etc.
 
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
 
Raw materials: fresh fruit (or concentrate jam)
End products: Finished flavored jam (or fruit plub). 
Processing capacity: 25kg ~ 10T fresh fruit / hour. (5% of the waste: fruit pit, peel, etc.) 
Effective Output: 5kg ~ 2T finished flavored jam (different fruit quality, variety, jam concentration with different output). 
Sterilization methods: pasteurization,high temperature sterilization, UHT. (customized) 
Terminal Packaging: bottles; PET bottles; tinplate cans; bags and other packaging.
